As a full time real estate investor, I am always looking for new projects in the Fix and Flip market as well as the holding of long term rentals. For over 15 years, I have been active in the U.S. real estate market, focusing primarily in New York, and working across several states as both a developer and a project finance advisor.
Throughout the years, I have been involved in hundreds of real estate projects in the U.S., ranging from managing property acquisitions for various companies and providing business development for companies in the industry to working as an independent developer and managing new construction projects—from planning and approvals through construction and sale.
During my time in the U.S. real estate market, I have worked with numerous financing companies and banks, both for my own projects as a developer and for external companies, helping them optimize financial terms for their various projects.
